LWD-1 Water leakage detector

Basic Features: Flood detector is designed as a warning device for potential flood situation. The unit can be placed on or fixed to the floor or wall in the room where the potential water intrusion needs to be monitored.

Operation
In normal dry conditions, output resistance is high.
When both electrodes are dipped into the water, output
resistance becomes low. Bipolar transistor is used as the
switching element.

Measurement principle: water conductivity with 2 detector electrodes on the enclosure bottom
